主 題: 大自然的藥草鋪之旅
宗 旨: 中國醫藥研究發展基金會為推廣中草藥的普遍及有效使用，提供 大眾對中草藥認識的機
會，透過台北植物園半日遊，讓大眾認識植物園內種類繁多，日常生活所見的植物具有
不可思議的功用,小兵立大功，喜好養生的朋友，能對植物的真、偽辨別及使用 方法能
作更進一步的瞭解。

活動內容:
活動當天將課程細分成6個章節，讓民眾可以更廣泛且深入的方式習得藥用植物的正確概念。首先是神農氏的故事-了解古時候是如何奠定中國藥用植物的基礎。生命的密碼-中藥材的名稱由來，有時取其顏色、有時取其氣味，真是有趣極了！第三章節的超級神農任務，志工老師拿出各樣中藥材讓大夥仔細端倪，再猜猜看它們是取自植物體的哪個部位，答案常出乎意料呢！！第四章節的祖傳方劑，志工老師教導大家：切記一定要經過中醫師正確地望聞問切，別自己隨意開藥單，因為祖傳方劑的各帖處方都是許多藥材集結的複方，且每方劑皆需依不同體質調合不同比例才能對證下藥哦！緊接著的單元是神農的動物園，藥草的名稱為何也可以用動物來命名呢?為什麼它叫作牛膝草?為什麼這株植物稱作狗尾草???讓志工老師細說從頭吧！最後一單元是省思與延伸，老祖宗的智慧，讓有強身治療疾病的中藥，卻也處處充滿危機，再次提醒大家要認明經政府核准的乙類成藥或是經醫師開立處方才能安心使用哦！
The course included 6 chapters that the visitors could learn more concepts of the traditional Chinese medicine. Chapter One is the story about Emperor Shen Nong~ the story tells us about the how that he established the foundation of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine in Ancient Chinese. Chapter Two: the secret code of life~ the herbs were named by their color and some of them were named by their smell?！That is very interesting, right?！Chapter Three: super mission of Shen Nong, the teacher let the students guess that the herbs are made use of the roots, stems or seeds. And you would be surprised at the solutions. Chapter Four: prescriptions from the ancestors. The teacher reminded us of the correct steps-when you are ill, go to see the doctor first. Because all the Chinese prescriptions contain many ingredients of herbs and the quantities would be different according to the states of health. Chapter Five: the zoo for Shen Nong, why the “plant’s name” sounds like the “animal’s name”? Does Hyssop look like the knee of cattle? Are green bristlegrass and the dog’s tail very alike? The teacher would answer you! Chapter Six: correct concept of the herbs. The traditional Chinese medicine is the great achievement of our ancestors, and it also will be dangerous if the herbs are used improperly. We would remind you: only use Category B (type B) Patent Medicine that has the approval of our government or prescriptions only from the doctors.
「ハーブ見学」課程は6の章節に分け、来場者が中国の漢方薬をより深く勉強できていた。第１章、神農氏の物語～昔中国漢方薬の起源を尋ねる。第２章、生命の探究～ハーブ名称の由来を教える。そのハーブの名称はその外観で命名され、あのハーブの名称はかおり（におい）で命名され．．．とても面白かったね。第３章、スーパー神農ミッション～先生は色んな漢方薬を持って来て、皆さんに見て、それぞれの外観を観察し、植物のどの部位を利用すると推測した。結局、．．．はまったく思いもよらなかったね！第４章、代々伝わった処方～病気になったときすぐ（漢方の）お医者さんに見てもらいなさい！漢方処方は何種類の生薬より構成されています。体調に合わせて味付けや付け合せを変更するのが、本来の使い方です。第５章、神農の動物園～ハーブの名称は動物とも関係がある？！「牛膝草」、「狗尾草」は牛と犬とは関係があるの？詳解を先生は解説してくれましょう！第６章、ハーブのコンセプト～中国の漢方薬は先祖からの恵み、しかし、漢方薬の取り扱いについては、ある程度の知識と正しい使用方法が必要です。厚生労働省が認可した乙類売薬と処方薬しか使わないよ！！ |
